Default Guild Invites and Guild info

I've received several guild invites with no way to determine who sent them, or to learn anything about them.

I'd like to see, in game, a way to look up the membership of a guild, and to see what guild a person is in. (All of this would be character names, of course.) I can't see any reason this info shouldn't be public.

Thats good, nothing really bad can come from it either. Say a one guy was invited to several guilds, he looks at his panel and doesn't know which one is which, once he joins one, finds out its the wrong one and he didnt' like the people in that one or anything, he finds out that all of his other invites are automatically rejected and he can't find them again. He just lost the chance to join a good guild that he might have liked to be in and would have made him stay in GW long after he got bored with everything.

Whenever someone runs through a town and invites everyone they see, that means it wouldn't be wise to join (real guilds recruit in legit ways )

I tend to invite people who are standing around lost and asking questions in town and no one but me (another newish player) would help them. I let them know when I've invited them and why. It's sad that all the alpha/beta testers have developed themselves a GOD complex and can't be bothered to help the plebs. It's not too hard to take 5 minutes away from spamming "WTS blah blah blah" to answer a newer players question.
